The next workshop on AI - get compliant as a member and firm

The RICS AI standard is live. Is your firm ready?

Hi Reader

I wanted to make you aware of the next GUARD Framework workshop on 24 April.

The RICS Professional Standard on AI took effect on 9 March 2026. No transition period. 30 mandatory requirements. All in effect now. Most firms and RICS members haven't started.

Note: The Standard applies to both members and firms. If you use AI in your firm to deliver surveying services, you have to comply with the standard as a member, regardless of what your employer is doing.

This is a practical walkthrough of every mandatory requirement using the GUARD Framework - Governance, Use, Accountability, Risk, Documentation. Five pillars covering the full standard.

Every attendee gets a compliance starter toolkit that will save you hours:

  • Risk register template
  • Client disclosure wording
  • Vendor due diligence questionnaire
  • Full session slides
  • CPD certificate

The last session was fully booked.

Friday 24 April, 1:00 - 2:00pm, live online. 1 hour formal CPD.

  • Live: £79 + VAT
  • Live plus 30-day recording: £99 + VAT

Book today

If you'd like me to deliver this session directly to your firm, drop me a line at nina@surveyors-uk.com.

P.S. I promise you won't get a lot of these type of emails - I just want to make you aware as LinkedIn posts are unreliable!
